What kind of payment do you accept?
We accept debit cards, all major credit cards (Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Discover) and PayPal.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to all 50 states in the U.S unless Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.
If I place an order for shipping when I will receive it?
We use UPS Ground and USPS which typically takes 2-4 days for transit time. To maintain freshness, We ship on Monday and Tuesday. Orders received after 2 pm EST on Tuesday will be shipped the following week.
How quickly you fulfill orders to local delivery?
All orders are processed within 24 hours, If you order today until 5PM EST you will receive it tomorrow between 9-5PM.
How can I place an order?
Go to our online Store, add the products to the shopping car, and proceed to pay.
How do you ship your package?
We shipped our products in an insulated box with ice gel bags, you will not receive the Product frozen but will be refrigerated and safe.
Is your product Frozen and precooked?
Our "packages" presentation are Precooked and frozen, our "Ready to Eat" Presentation comes fried and ready to be served.
How can I storage the product when I received?
You should storage your products in the freezer when you receive it.
What happened if I received the product damaged?
Please take pictures or videos of your evidence and contact the shipping carrier and file a claim.
Do I need to fry the Tequeños or pastelitos?
No, our products (finger food) are made to be cooked in the oven or Air Fryer.
What is your return policy?
We don't accept returns due our products are perishable.
MANA4U is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
